Step 1 - Contact Us
Give us a call, email or call into our local showrooms to browse our latest ranges and if you have any questions we will happily answer them. You can book your initial consultation online by clicking here.
Step 2 -Design Appointment
Meet with our experienced designers who will take the time to understand your vision. Please bring house plans and measurements with you. During the consultation, your designer will attentively take your design brief and advise on a floor plan, taking into consideration door and window locations and more. Guide pricing can be produced based on the designs as discussed.
Step 3 - Approval
Review your selections and make any adjustments before finalizing your order. We require a 20% booking deposit at this point to release full working drawings to your builders, electricians and plumbers. A further 30% deposit is then required after measuring. Final plan sign off will be required before production.
Step 4 - Production
Once approved, our highly skilled team begin crafting your kitchen or bedroom using high-quality materials and the latest techniques. Kitchen and bedroom cabinetry is manufactured based on final drawings of your project.
Step 5 - Delivery
Finally, we coordinate the delivery of your beautiful new kitchen or bedroom, ensuring a smooth installation process to bring your dream space to life. Delivery dates are set by the factory. Two week's notice is required if the delivery date needs to be rescheduled. Final payment is due two weeks prior to delivery. Fitting of kitchens takes place 1-2 days after delivery.
